Your Role at arenaflex

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, leveraging your bilingual Spanish/English skills to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Meeting sales objectives as defined

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills
  • 6 months of customer service experience minimum
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 30 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • 6 months of sales experience minimum
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening skills
  • Superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure your success in this remote role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 50.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required

  • Clean and quiet workspace
