Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have direct interaction with customers by phone, recommending products, resolving inquiries, and processing orders while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative
* Respond to customer calls in a high call volume environment
- Work with customers to resolve issues and concerns
- Process website orders accurately and efficiently
- Screen for fraud and ensure the security of customer transactions
- Handle returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate and provide input on customer issues to the Quality department
- Document customer issues in an internal system to ensure accurate tracking of improvement efforts
- Meet department performance metrics and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years related customer service experience in a high-volume environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with Web Order Fraud Screening and Order Management systems
- Detail-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and computer skills, including MS Office and Web applications
- Knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and communicate effectively with all levels of arenaflex staff
