Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital databases. You will be responsible for creating spreadsheets, transferring data from hard copy to digital databases, updating client information, and organizing existing data. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating spreadsheets to track important client information and orders
  • Transferring data from hard copy to digital databases
  • Updating client information in a database
  • Organizing existing data in a spreadsheet
  • Transferring data from a hard copy to a digital database to records
  • Double-checking work to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless data entry and processing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk (1-2 years)
  • Accurate typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management principles
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Great attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
