Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone calls and email. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively will make a significant impact on their experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently completing data entry tasks, such as manually creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, changing products on an order, updating shipping methods, and thoroughly logging all interactions with customers
  • Supervising that any relevant orders have shipped properly for the business day on our various platforms and channels
  • Performing other CS-related or admin job duties as assigned
  • Multi-tasking and typing at least 40 WPM to ensure efficient communication and data entry
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Excellent computer knowledge and usability
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage your time while multi-tasking
  • Tactful customer issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
