Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing personalized support to our clients. You will work in a remote setting, interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat, and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
