Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Specialty Pharmacy Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, processing cases efficiently, and resolving patient cases through outbound calls. You'll work in a remote setting, requiring a quiet and focused work environment, and will be measured on your ability to process a minimum of 11 tasks per hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process patient cases efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of medication and resolving any issues that may arise
- Conduct outbound calls to resolve patient cases and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and case outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex patient cases and ensure seamless delivery of services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including processing a minimum of 11 tasks per hour
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 year of experience as a customer service representative or in a call center environment
- 1 year of experience in inbound calling
- 1 year of experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with healthcare software and systems
