Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via inbound and outbound calls. This is a long-term temporary project with the potential for permanent conversion, offering a stable and secure career path.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and hardware
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet tech requirements (headset, dual monitor, high-speed internet)
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and have a distraction-free work environment
  • Must not have any planned time off in the first 90-120 days

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish or Creole, with the ability to pass a language assessment

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of customer service software and systems

* Competitive salary of $17/hour for non-bilingual and $18/hour for bilingual in either Spanish or Creole
