Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* One year of experience in sales, public contact work, handling and processing mail, or general office clerical work

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer service or public contact role

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
