Experienced Application Administrator – Entry-Level Position for arenaflex

We are currently seeking an experienced Application Administrator to join our team on a fully remote basis. As an Application Administrator at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our divisions by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless application administration, and working closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform entry-level application administration tasks, including building organizations and users in our Link application

  • Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, meeting or exceeding productivity standards
  • Collaborate with our development team to support the Beacon-to-Link migration project, assisting with the manual build of organizations and users
  • Work closely with our divisions to support their needs, working a shift that aligns with their schedule (8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST)
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute (wpm)
  • Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

* Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (one of the four)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
