Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Client Onboarding and Enablement

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for boarding new clients with a white glove experience, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the success of our business. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the day-to-day operations of the Enablement team, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Completing assigned daily and/or monthly departmental reporting tasks, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
• Reviewing and inputting merchant applications for new and old arenaflex platforms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Cross-communicating with internal and external clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Reviewing application forms and all required supporting documents, including financial and business records, to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Accurately documenting client communications in regard to onboarding, maintaining a clear and transparent record of interactions
• Executing necessary edits for new accounts prior to approval, ensuring timely and efficient processing
• Supporting application processes for premier partners, prioritizing and completing rush app requests for VIP partners
• Handling inbound call volume related to new/pending applications, providing timely and effective support
• Cross-checking data to be uploaded into all boarding systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Scanning and uploading client documents into the database for Underwriting review, maintaining a secure and organized digital record
• Acting as a backup for core and Underwriting/onboarding functions, providing support and coverage as needed
• Working boarding failures, identifying and resolving issues to ensure timely and efficient processing
• Completing assigned daily issue requests submitted for arenaflex Partners
• Assisting with additional projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
