Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Collections Assistant, you'll be responsible for transferring consumers and businesses to our collection team. Key Responsibilities
* Transfer consumers and businesses to our collection team in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers
- Work independently to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with the collection team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Collections or office experience preferred but not required
- Experience in a customer-facing role or industry
- Familiarity with debt collection or financial services industry
- Certification in customer service or collections (e.g., CCE, CCM)
Skills and Competencies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Monthly bonus (in addition to hourly wage)
- Fixed schedule with guaranteed 40 hours per week
- PTO accruals every six months
