Job Summary
As a part-time Customer Service Online Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through our online chat platform. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Responsibilities
* Assist customers with their inquiries through the online chat platform, providing timely and efficient solutions to their problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members when necessary
- Provide information about arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and promotions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Document and report customer feedback to improve service quality and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
* High-speed internet connection (at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple chats and tasks simultaneously
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
