Role Overview
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing support to our customers through phone, chat, and email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

What We're Looking For
* Minimum age: 18 years old
- Have the right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
