Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team of data enthusiasts. As a key member of our Dataworks team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable data pipelines that integrate with various data sources, including cloud-based services and on-premises systems. Your expertise in data engineering, cloud computing, and software development will enable us to deliver high-quality data products that drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop scalable data pipelines that integrate with various data sources, including cloud-based services and on-premises systems
- Develop and maintain high-quality data processing and analytics applications using cloud-based technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business analytics and reporting
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through data validation, data cleansing, and data encryption
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering, cloud computing, and software development
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud computing, and software development
- Strong expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, and data lakes
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data validation, and data encryption
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud computing, and software development
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security
- Strong understanding of cloud-based security and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GDPR
