Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Account Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Customer Service Account Managers (CSAMs) to ensure seamless execution of customer service processes, with a focus on execution and process improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with CSAMs, Channel affiliate partners, and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Attending regular calls and record audits with affiliate partners to ensure alignment and optimal customer service levels.
- Managing the execution of the Request Stream Cycle with affiliate partners, from request booking through delivery, to guarantee ideal customer service levels are achieved.
- Owning post-bill, backend business health metrics and KPIs, and providing key information, metrics, and execution plans to management and partners.
- Focusing on responsibility, managing multiple and often competing tasks, and meeting time constraints for various expectations.
- Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities within Affiliate Tasks.
- Utilizing data and analysis to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, rapidly adapting to changing business requirements, and quickly understanding complex business processes.
- Mastering SAP and Success, with the ability to collect reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Recognizing patterns and underlying drivers/sub-drivers, and providing input to management to improve processes that will enhance internal and external customer experience.
- Thinking creatively and influencing with data-driven models; able to change the thinking of, or gain recognition from, others in sensitive situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to the relevant audience.
- Being thorough and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Maintaining balance and a positive outlook in a challenging, fast-paced, and quickly changing environment.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to represent arenaflex remotely at client discussions with exceptional skill.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, or Engineering, or equivalent experience in Tasks/Supply Chain or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the request cycle and execution process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in SAP and Success, with the ability to collect reports and analyze data.
