Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images
- Identifying document types based on provided guidelines
- Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards
- Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed
- Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes
- Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out
- Performing other basic office duties as assigned
Compensation & Schedule
* Pay Rate: $12 per hour
- Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred
- A minimum of 20 hours per week is required
- Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday

- Proficiency in reading and speaking English
Typing Requirements
* WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy
- KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
