Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly through live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers leave our chat sessions feeling valued and supported.
  • Documenting interactions and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer information is accurately recorded and updated.
  • Providing information about our services, policies, and procedures, as well as order status updates, to ensure that customers have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher support tiers as necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest information.
  • Gathering customer feedback and making suggestions for improvements, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers via live chat.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of organization and time management skills.
  • A high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

Educational Qualifications:
