What to Expect
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
- Summarizing calls accurately by taking detailed notes
- Addressing member questions and concerns, providing prompt resolutions
- Registering members for wellness programs and conducting health assessments
- Managing multiple software interfaces for various wellness programs
What We Require
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Performance-driven with the ability to meet benchmark goals
- Comfortable with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to type at least 65 WPM
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required

- Experience using software programs such as Five9 and MS Teams
- Proven ability to remain professional and composed during calls
- Excellent attendance record and punctuality
- Capability to work in a remote home office setting
