Experienced Data Entry Analyst – Consistency and Compliance Specialist

As a member of our Consistency Group within the Individuals/HR Division, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of compliance and consistency, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating and communicating compliance requirements, working closely with various stakeholders, including the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), airport authorities, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services. Your tasks will include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including fingerprint/personal investigation results and unique signature freedom letters
- Collaborating with the HR Consistency group and other teams to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
- Processing daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and investigating any data set issues
- Planning and analyzing HR Consistency data between different documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conducting high-level examinations, custom reporting, and normalizing all data used for HR Consistency
- Collaborating with clients and team members on a regular basis
- Auditing completed Unique mark Applications and checking for precision and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
Favored Capabilities and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
- Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills, including organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup
- Knowledge of advanced Access skills
- Ability to decipher large datasets to develop significant reports
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Ability to direct fair and steady use of organization systems and government requirements
- Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
- Knowledge of the TSA Clearinghouse database
