Job Type and Working Hours
This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (EST). As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls in a timely and accurate manner

Job Requirements
