Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up

  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues

  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools, including CRM systems and ticketing platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with minimal distractions
  • Flexibility to work the 12-9 PM EST shift, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred)
