What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective way
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions where required
  • Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently
  • Developing rapport with customers and offering solutions, not excuses
  • Engaging and tailoring interactions with each customer to make their experience exceptional

What We're Looking For

We're searching for confident, self-starters who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:

  • Excellent customer service attitude and a positive, upbeat demeanor
  • Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
  • Friendly, confident, and a self-starter who is not afraid to take initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and quick troubleshooter who can resolve issues efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)

  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
  • Live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
