Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our digital databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date, complete, and accurate.
  • Customer Service Support: Provide exceptional customer service by updating order statuses, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that all data is accurate and complete.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scan documents and print files, when needed, to support our customer service team.
  • Data Program Techniques and Procedures: Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.

Requirements

To be successful as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Basic Knowledge of Data Entry: Basic knowledge of data entry principles and procedures.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to Enter Data Quickly and Accurately: Ability to enter data quickly and accurately, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to support our customer service team.
  • Experience Working on a Data Entry Clerk Position: Experience working on a data entry clerk position is a plus, but not required.
