Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to customer queries, identifying customer needs, and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs. You'll work closely with our technicians to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and you'll play a key role in helping us establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent pool services.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

  • Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers about new offers or services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
  • Oversee the route optimization for technicians

Requirements

* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

  • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pool industry

  • Knowledge of pool-related products and services
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support software

This position is a part-time position (20 to 25 hours a week). Our pool technicians, or 'Scouts' as we like to call them, are a group of motivated, dynamic individuals who believe that quality service is built on reliability and customer confidence. We go the extra distance to ensure that we provide professional pool technicians our clients can trust. Our ideal Scout has a fun and positive attitude with a willingness to learn - no previous pool experience required. Not to mention, you basically get paid to work out as you'll be spending so much time outside! Do you want to serve your local community and have a great time doing it?
