Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist customers with product and service information, order placement, and troubleshooting issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide feedback to management to improve customer experience and operational processes

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Essential Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
