As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, and maintaining knowledge of our products. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Securing all trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
- Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring seamless communication with clients
- Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
- Taking premium payments from customers and verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
- Returning all phone messages promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with new products and services, and providing expert advice to clients
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a coachable attitude
- An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry
Preferred Qualifications
