Essential Job Functions
* Handle and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
- Create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within client systems, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain and promote a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting individual and team productivity goals.
- Upsell relevant products and services based on customers' needs and preferences during interactions.
