Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and effective assistance to their inquiries. You'll be responsible for answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner, and collaborating with team members to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective assistance to their needs

  • Provide accurate information about arenaflex's products and services, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner, using active listening skills and problem-solving techniques
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records, using arenaflex's CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience, share best practices, and develop new solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional workspace
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (optional)
