Key Responsibilities

As an Online Live Chat Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: -

Customer Support:

Interacting with customers via live chat, providing immediate and respectful assistance across various inquiries related to arenaflex's services, products, billing, and outages. -

Issue Resolution:

Identifying customer concerns and troubleshooting issues, using effective problem-solving techniques to ensure customer satisfaction. -

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex's service offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and guidance to customers. -

Documentation:

Accurately recording customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure proper follow-up and service evaluation. -

Feedback Loop:

Collecting and documenting customer feedback and identifying trends to report to management, promoting continuous improvement of services. -

Team Collaboration:

Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience. -

Adherence to Standards:

Following company protocols and guidelines to uphold a standard of excellence in customer service delivery. -

Initiative Participation:

Engaging in ongoing training and professional development opportunities as provided by the organization.

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in a relevant field is a plus. -

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a chat or digital communication environment. -
