As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information about products and services, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, processing orders and returns, maintaining detailed and accurate customer records, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. #### Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Process orders and returns, maintaining accurate and detailed customer records
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide exceptional customer service

#### Essential Qualifications

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, private workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
