Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer support.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, and to respond in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with customer support software and systems.
- Experience working with customer support, either in a call center or remote environment.
