Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling approximately 80-100 in-bound and out-bound client calls daily, obtaining and documenting incidents
  • Providing courteous, professional, and efficient service to customers at all times
  • Performing a variety of tasks, including call monitoring, multitasking, and meeting skill set ratios
  • Responding quickly to problem/critical situations and adapting to company/department changes
  • Obtaining training as required and staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • Following proper phone etiquette procedures using precision and accuracy with variable systems
  • Encouraging and listening to suggestions and recommendations to continually improve customer service operations

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be in training Monday-Friday, 8:30-5. Once training is completed, the schedule will be three 12-hour days, 7am-7:30pm, with one weekend day and the other standby day to be determined. You'll be required to be accessible by cell phone and fulfill standby duties as scheduled.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization, internally and externally
  • Strong typing ability
  • Self-starting skills with organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 2 years prior Customer Service call center experience preferred
  • Some experience with low-level troubleshooting is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and team atmosphere
  • Shift flexibility with this position
  • A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
