About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the repair process. You'll be responsible for:

  • Explaining and educating customers on the repair process, including insurance claim information and processes
  • Maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes
  • Coordinating rental car and tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers
  • Ensuring all vehicles are delivered to customers by the assigned service advisor and if not available, by designated backup teammate
  • Assisting with customer communication throughout the repair process
  • Monitoring DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and capture rates of assignments
  • Following up on all DRP assignments present and past to maintain sales for the center
  • Maintaining DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS daily
  • Securing proper payments
  • Assisting with reconciling invoices to payables report daily and monthly (as applicable)
  • Ensuring all customer comfort items are always fresh and available for customers, as well as maintaining the customer waiting area
  • Performing other administrative tasks and duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (preferred)
  • A valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management, and the ability to adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

This role requires:

  • Regular use of hands
  • Talking and hearing
  • Standing, sitting, and walking occasionally for long periods at a time
  • Occasional reaching with hands, arms, and moving objects up to 20 pounds
  • Close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
