Experienced Customer Service Specialist – Data-Driven Decision Making & Account Growth

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Analyzing account activity using SAP, Excel, and Microsoft BI to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Making data-driven decisions that drive account growth and ease of doing business
  • Presenting to management on account trends and activity, and developing ad hoc reports to support order management
  • Using CI to drive reduction in order fill-rate and on-time customer fines
  • Developing relationships with key cross-functional leaders across all channels, including customers, agencies, sales, and other departments
  • Using account knowledge to positively represent arenaflex during customer inquiries and complaint resolution
  • Participating in account long and short-term business planning, and effectively connecting with customers, agencies, sales, and other departments throughout arenaflex
  • Ability to conduct multiple tasks while delivering in a timely and accurate fashion

Education & Experience

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university and at least two years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft products, is preferred. The incumbent should have the ability to balance multiple tasks and make business decisions.
