Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and claims, and developing initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our Trauma & Extremities Business Units, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints and claims, and ensuring that good customer relations are maintained.

  • Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop improvement plans in response to teams' efforts for purchase order collections, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Utilize technical procedures and guidelines to make informed decisions and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with consumer laws and regulations.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 2 or more years' experience in customer service, data entry, account management, or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2 or more years' experience in order entry, collection management, SAP, Salesforce, or JD Edwards.

  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong track record of productivity and efficiency.
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or account management.

* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Compensation and Benefits:
