Job Description

As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on arenaflex products and services – all through live chat. You'll work remotely, assisting customers in real-time while representing one of the world's most iconic brands. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via chat to provide product information, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Efficiently resolving customer issues and inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Working closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex matters
  • Maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times
