Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone
- Answering questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
- Helping customers with booking and travel-related issues
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or travel industry setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
