Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. You'll be an independent worker, managing your tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision. Your excellent organizational skills, kind and helpful demeanor, and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively
- Manage your tasks and responsibilities independently, with minimal supervision
- Work closely with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including weekends (Sundays in the morning)
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
- Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
- Native U.S. English speaker
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
- Experience working with overseas teams or in a multicultural setting
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
