We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data into various software programs, maintaining data integrity, checking and validating data accuracy, and updating databases. Responsibilities
As a Remote Full-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
- Maintaining and updating workflow records regarding work completed and work pending
- Assisting other administrative staff in file management and organization
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Reporting any issues related to data accuracy and quality
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in data entry (at least 2 years)
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
