Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative on our Remote Pharmacy Support Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with their pharmacy-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Processing prescription orders and handling billing questions
- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
