Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and providing accurate information about products and services
