As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and professional support to our customers via live chat.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive accurate and complete information about arenaflex products and services.
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Assisting customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, providing clear and concise instructions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues accurately in the system, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive support 24/7.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
  • A high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace, ensuring that you can focus on providing exceptional customer support.
  • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

  • Previous customer service or call center experience, although not required, is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
