Job Details
* Schedule: Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts starting between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM EST
* Pay Rate: $35,000 - $41,000 annually, depending on experience
* Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
* Location: Fully Remote
* Equipment: Provided
Responsibilities
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling sales and enrollments in a professional and courteous manner
* Managing inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Identifying opportunities to boost product sales and increase customer satisfaction
* Educating customers about products in an engaging and knowledgeable manner
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or GED
* At least 1 year of call center or sales experience
* Residency in Texas
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service targets
