Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify, approach, and close new clients for y digital. This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone confident in sales and outreach who wants uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (primarily cold outreach)
- Prospect and engage potential clients across EU, NA, and other global markets
- Pitch y digital’s services clearly and confidently
- Manage conversations from first contact to deal closure
- Coordinate with the internal team for final client meetings
- Maintain a simple pipeline of leads and deals
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred)
- Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus
- Comfortable with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Compensation
Structure
