About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Protection & Privacy Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data. You'll work closely with our Digital Technology team to design, develop, and implement data protection and privacy solutions that meet local, national, and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and assess data protection and privacy risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

• Design, develop, and implement data protection and privacy solutions that meet local, national, and international regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection and privacy compliance
• Develop and maintain data protection and privacy policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure data protection and privacy compliance
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on data protection and privacy best practices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, preferably in data protection and privacy
• Understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies local, national, and internationally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and multiple priorities
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

* CISA certification

• Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
• Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles
• Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles
• Ability to interpret non-compliance and determine its impact on risk and/or overall effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program
• Hands-on experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products
