Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Data Management and Administrative Support

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role. ### Job Type Full-Time ### Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) ### Responsibilities

• Accurately inputting data into arenaflex databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Updating and maintaining data records, including data cleanup tasks and data validation
• Verifying data accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving data discrepancies
• Generating periodic reports as required, using data visualization tools and techniques
• Supporting administrative tasks related to data management, including data analysis and data mining
• Responding to data-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders
• Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Participating in data quality initiatives, contributing to the development of data management processes and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer science

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and guidance
