Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images. You will work closely with our team to identify document types, review and verify entered data, and maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required. We offer a competitive pay rate of $12 per hour and a flexible schedule with available shifts between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will:
* Accurately enter data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images
* Identify document types based on provided guidelines
* Review and verify that entered data meets quality standards
* Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards
* Collaborate professionally with other team members as needed
* Suggest improvements or enhancements to job processes
* Ensure all tasks are completed each day before clocking out
* Perform other basic office duties as assigned
Typing Requirements
* WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy
* KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
