Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Claims (Total Loss) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders and claimants
  • Assisting customers with new and existing claims via telephone, ensuring a seamless and efficient claims process
  • Processing letters to those involved in the claims process, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Issuing payments to insureds, claimants, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements
  • Adjusting losses for a variety of claims, excluding bodily injury, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
  • After hire, you'll be required to obtain a state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain your license (comprehensive training will be provided)

As a Customer Service Representative - Claims (Total Loss), you'll have the opportunity to work from home up to two days a week once trained to work independently. Compensation

Our starting annual salary for this position is $41,053, and may be negotiable based on level of experience and applicable licenses within the Property and Casualty Industry.
