Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• High-speed internet access and a home office setup
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required; experience in a virtual or remote work environment is a plus
