A Typical Day as a Customer Support Representative
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' businesses. Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:
- Providing exceptional customer service relating to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections.
- Maintaining good customer relations and resolving customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws.
- Proactively informing and educating customers through organization-wide initiatives.
- Developing improvement plans in response to team efforts for purchase order collections.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the Trauma & Extremities Business Units.
